I got my car back from the Saturn dealership today, turns out the hose that drains the area from the sunroof was deteriorated and needed replaced. They also fixed the clamp on there to make sure that thing doesn’t come undone anytime soon. They also sprayed the offending back seat with deoderizer so it no longer smells like a wet hobo.
I was driving back from Peoria, and since I’m a big tard and can’t find my way around places, I was pleased that I had no problem getting back to Pekin. I was on Parkway Drive, and everything was going just dandy. Until an SUV pulls out in front of me, and a load of snow falls off the top of it and hits me right in the windshield. This snow was in that fun melted stage that made it freeze on impact, and since my car had sat outside at the dealership my windshield wipers did nothing but smear the icy mess until it was Incredibly Dangerous (TM). So, using the Force, I piloted myself blind the rest of the way down Parkway and home. Had it not been rush hour, I would’ve pulled over, but I was in the left lane and I figured it was best to continue straight and not sideswipe some unsuspecting car by changing lanes. But I made it back in one piece, hurray.
