Well, this Friday is nearly over. It is an office custom that time gets reported on Fridays and I proceeded to MASSIVELY screw up my timesheet because Lotus Notes is very poorly designed.

I accidentally double-reported my time for last week, which I noticed after finally realizing that the software contains a previous time report function. I attempted to delete the offending duplicate, and I couldn’t due to access restrictions.

So I go to see my supervisor, who instructed me just to not report my time for next week. That’s fine, I can do that. I tell my Project Lead this, and she explains that you just have to report negative time to make up the difference. So after far too much time spent, my time reported is finally correct.

I got to work today about thirty minutes later than I usually do and I am struggling to find the motivation to remain here until 4:45. I got paid today and even though it was not a full check, it is still more money than I have had in my checking account for a long time and that is a VERY good feeling.

This weekend holds a lot of promise, we’re on tap to see Kill Bill: Volume 2 with The Crew before D&D this weekend. I also endeavor to get new tires for the Nerdmobile and possibly a washer for the house.
