Yesterday marked one month of married life, and it was a nice little milestone. I got home from work about 5 pm to find that my hardware had come for my PVR (more on that in another post). Tasha was in the kitchen making brownies for me to take into work today, and OH they were great. She made a pan just for us, and I ate about half of it.
As if that wasn’t good enough, Tasha made dinner of broiled chicken breasts and chicken-soupy-rice (I don’t know what it’s really called, but that’ll do). I ate so much I was sufficiently full and sleepy for the rest of the night. When I mean full, I mean rice bursting out of every crevice.
We attempted a nap at one point but I was far too miserable from being stuffed full of good food to actually rest. I ended up rolling around in bed for awhile trying not to explode.
The only bad occurrence from last night was that Tasha broke her head open when she was trying to pick up Java Joe from underneath the futon. She came right up and cracked the back of her head on the mantle, causing severe pain and crying. Her head still hurt this morning after she got up, I hope it’s feeling better.
Here’s to a million more months of the same or greater amounts of awesomeness!
