MythTV Update…

My personal video recorder is moving along quite well. A few days ago I updated it to the latest version, which improved the lag between LiveTV channel changes and added a few handy features.

It also added two new themes, one of which is very cool but not at all readable. The more I am involved with this the more I’m getting drawn toward creating my own theme. I might make it very reminiscent of the TiVo layout as it is both elegant and super-awesome. I might need to bother to see if I can coercse her into helping with some of the more artsy-fartsy aspects of it, as I tend to have trouble in that area.

I have decided on a case mod for my MythTV system, however I am going to keep it under wraps. 🙂
