Ugh. Some work-related things have gone poorly this morning causing high levels of stress in my new group. To my surprise, this hasn’t affected the relatively good nature of my coworkers. I really do love this new position!
In other news, I have large, colorful bruises on my legs and shoulders from Saturday’s onslaught. I’m really hoping that we don’t repeat this training on Tuesday because I’m not sure my limbs can take it. I like pushing my physical limits, but all at once was pretty tough.
Finally, the diet is still going well. This weekend we agreed to graduate from Phase I. During Phase I I lost 8.7 lbs and gained some noticable trimming on my stomach and sides. I am now slightly below the recommended weight for my height, so I am going to graduate to near a Phase III diet. Tasha has also done a very good job, losing 8 lbs at last check. She has also had noticable shrinking of the tummy region as well.
She will be moving to Phase II, which is the gradual reintroduction of carbs. Weight loss should slow to 1-2 lbs a week until she hits her goal. My Phase basically keeps me in the vicinity of my current weight, which is fine for me.
Apart from that I have nothing new to report, so I will sign off now and get back to something useful.
