Stuff I want to do with my MythTV…

Since I’m trapped in painfully dull training, I will now dream about my MythTV system upgrades I want to make.

  • Bigger hard drive: I want to get logical volumes working so I can add/remove drives at will.
  • Tivo remote: I’d have to build my own IR receiver, but I could get a Tivo remote working. That would be cool.
  • Dual tuners: I want to get another tuner for the backend. That way I can record more than one thing at once, or play back while I’m recording. Good stuff.
  • Set-top case: I want to get rid of the tower. I want to buy a set-top style box… or maybe an Xbox frontend. 🙂

    • Now I just have to come into some cash to do all this. 🙂
