For the record: working out this intensely is destroying my stabilizing muscles all over my body. I really feel like I’ve got full body whiplash, my knees, shoulders, abs, and butt all feel like the muscles have been quickly snapped stretched and then put right back where they were. I’ve been hitting vitamins and ibuprofin pretty hard as a result.
