Here’s to you, Terri Grant…

I found out that a friend of my mom’s died two days ago. She had been suffering with MS for several years and had been in waning health for a long time, however she died of an embolism caused by a broken ankle that she recently sustained. She was a lovely lady and always took the extra time to find out about how life was for my sister and me and she was a dear friend of my Mom.

I am sorry that I did not get the chance to know Terri better. In the end, though, Terri’s suffering is over and now she can rest free of the physical constraints that she had been in for years. I know there are several people that will miss Terri’s friendship greatly, so even though they did not get a chance to say goodbye they will remember her in their own way.

Here’s to you, Terri Grant, may you rest in peace.
