My hand has been bothering me lately because of an aforementioned screw up two weeks ago on Saturday. On that same hand, I have a lingering sore spot from before I got my Nidan. I was going to go to the doctor to get it checked out, but I have found a most interesting salve.
Interestingly, doing a controlled amount of additional damage to my hands in the form of hitting a lightly padded wooden board actually makes them feel better. Is it still sore? Yeah. But not anywhere near as sharply as it has been. Training hard makes your body stronger, who would’ve thought it?
