Tonight was an interesting workout. We started out by continuing the trend of intensity training with an old classic: front stance being held down in place by a partner. After trading front kicks and lunge punches with partners, we attempted to do the “spring in the ass” style sparring drills where you went forward as hard as you can and then quickly threw it in reverse to avoid your opponents attack.
