This week I have been away from the dojo a bit more than I would have liked. This was due in part to illness and in part due to Teddy needing some more medicine for his seizures, but has not been without some benefit.
The last two weeks of intense Sochin was really taking a toll on my legs, knees, and right shoulder. It is really quite amazing how much better I feel after only two workouts away. I’m ready to hit it hard again tomorrow night, and I intend on working out an extra time next week to make up for the lapse this week.
I don’t intend to make a habit out of missing a few workouts like this, but its good to know that your body will rebound if given the chance.
