I arrived to the dojo around six o’clock tonight and quickly knocked out twelve Sochin. I noticed that it was a bit warm in the dojo, but I had no idea what I was in for.
I realized about halfway through the first class that I was drenched. And fading fast. The temperature felt like it was 100 degrees in the room for awhile and my body just wasn’t staying together. My stomach was tight, however the rest of my body felt like it was collapsing around my center. I have no idea how this looked, but I know it *felt* awful.
In between classes, I sucked down a ton of water.
That being said, I am spent right now. And I have to go get a few groceries tonight. 😛 I’d better get going before my muscles start locking up. At least now I’m caught up (+2!) for missing most of January!! Ibuprofin away! 🙂
