OK, this is a far from scientific test, but I took my blood pressure and heart rate measurements before and after drinking a bottle of Bawls as my morning pick me up.
Both of these readings were taken after a brief walk from the car to the machine and from my desk to the machine. The distances are roughly the same.
Before (8:30 am): Blood Pressure: 145/74 Heart Rate: 58
After (9:38 am): Blood Pressure: 142/75 Heart Rate: 53
Yes, I realize that my systalic heart rate (first number) is a little high. My diasystalic number (second number) and heart rate are well within normal ranges. I will mention the high first number to my doctor the next time I go, but I’m not too concerned about it.
The point of the experiment, though, is that Bawls appears to have little to no affect on the condition of my heart.
