Before class, I put down 12 Sochin, bringing my total to within striking distance of the halfway point. w00t!
The first class was a very basic class led by Sensei Brewer. We did punching, front kick broken down into pieces, and finished things off with a few partner drills. I got across from
The second class was all the Heian kata and Tekki Shodan, followed by a few rounds of 3-5 time sparring. I was trying to force things too much in 3-5 time attack, I was by no means nonchalant. I need to figure out a way to let that happen.
There was not a lot to be said about tonight’s practice. It was good, it was basic, and I made some kata progress. What more could a man ask for?
