Quiet time…

This weekend has been very different than the weekends past. This weekend, for the first time in six weeks, Tasha and I have been a.) in town together and b.) had nothing to do.

Let me just say, this is not a problem. What is a problem, however, is the fact that I have socialized myself into always having a cavalcade of activity happening. When there is nothing to do, I find that I am very easily bored. Having watched all of the leftover TV on my MythTV and surfed the same rotation of websites over and over again, I am left here blogging about my own boredom.

Tasha is asleep for the night, it is always great to get to spend time together with her. We went out briefly today to Erin Feis to visit my good buddy ‘s booth of excellent photography. Aside from this, it has been a sit around on the sofa and be lazy day for both of us today.

All of the remaining tasks that exist at the house are too labor intensive for me to voluntarily undertake on a weekend, so here we are. Anyone else in the same boat this weekend?
