A surfboard made of pork…

My parents offered to take my wife and I out to Margarita’s restaurant, where they specialize in crafting small countries out of pork tenderloin. I was starving and I was only able to finish three-quarters of it and I didn’t even touch my fries. It is good meat too… they aren’t greasy or gristly and is about 1/4″ thick throughout.

If anyone out there in ReaderLand likes massive amounts of pork (let’s focus, ), head on over there and give it a try. I guarantee you won’t get more food for $8.

Also, I challenge to try to eat an entire tenderloin in one sitting.
