Strengthening is really not my friend right now. I feel like my lower abs have been surgically separated from my hip bones, not to mention that I was already a little sore from the fall that I took yesterday.
I’m going to need a *lot* more of this before it gets better, however as it stands right now I can barely get up from the couch, let alone do another crunch or situp. My arms fared pretty well, I don’t have much pain there at all. But my lower abs… they are forfeit.
Tylenol, here I come!
