Because of my increasingly insane work schedule, I had to miss our first outdoor Saturday of the summer. I resolved that I wasn’t going to miss this one, so
We arrived late, the rest of the group was already done with 300 punches (that’s one time down and back). We joined them for 300 front kicks, 50 each of rising block reverse punch, inward block reverse bunch, downward block reverse punch, outward block reverse punch, and knifehand block spearhand thrust. Then we moved to the kicks: 50 roundhouse kicks, 100 side snap kicks (50 each leg), and 100 side thrust kicks (50 each leg).
After that,
Counting each of those as a single technique, we did 1100 in an hour and a half. THAT’S a good workout, people. Special kudos go to
