Today’s class was a warmup of basics, followed by a very fun sparring drill. We did 3-5 time attack and slow sparring, however after a few times down and back we did sprints. Down to the stage and back, around the gym, and so on.
After each set of windsprints, we returned immediately back to sparring drills.
