I was able to curry my remaining energy and medication into my Perfect Pushup routine tonight. I was surprised… I made it through both the regular and wide set without going to my knees, and I even made it through the initial eight close pushups without using my knees. The rest, however, did have to be helped along but I got done with them.
I’m less tired after this set, and certainly less sore than I was on Monday. So far so good, the fact that I’m seeing strength improvements already is encouraging!
