Today I reached my sleep limit, and found myself wide awake at 8 am. I am still moderately stuffy, but the sore throat is thankfully starting to go away.
If you don’t sleep until noon every Sunday, it is amazing what good things you can get done! We went to church, had lunch, cleaned the rabbits, got caught up on our Financial Peace University viewing, did our weekly grocery shopping! The only thing left to do tonight is dinner with my family and watching some TV.
I’m happy to report I’m not sore or tired in the least from the Saturday Morning Breakfast Club workout. My strength and endurance are really coming up quickly, even despite my recent illness and that really proves that we’re on the right path with this type of workout. I always feel accomplished at the end, not exhausted and wishing for death like I was when we did our 2000 Sochin goal.
I will warn my constituents… dinner with my family consists of tacos. Consider yourselves on notice for fallout.
