I almost skipped the Perfect Pushups tonight… I was really tired all day and just didn’t feel like it. Then I started thinking… its just six minutes. It’s only 60 pushups. I shouldn’t wuss out.
So I didn’t. Interestingly, the regular and close sets were by far the easiest tonight. This is the first time the close set could be described as anything but difficult, so something good is happening. I was feeling some weirdness in my left shoulder during the wide set tonight, but I made it all the way through.
More Saturday, I’m sure!
