Tonight’s workout was a classic pre-test basics workout. I got to take two of the yellow belts and run them through their test basics, and then through Taikyoku Shodan a few times. For the second class we went through 1st and 2nd kyu exams.
It was a good, strong, basic workout… however I found myself missing my Saturday strengthening regiment. On Thursday I’m going to get back to doing Sochin again, I ran through it once tonight and it felt pretty good.
