2008 Workout #40: Test night!

Last night was our kyu belt exam! Everyone did a fantastic job, we had a whole compliment of really energetic students which resulted in several promotions.

Not much else to say about it but that, did a great job of running everyone through a basic test-prep class! I’m looking forward to a return to strengthening tomorrow… I intend to get there early enough that I can run with and for the first time. I despise running but I need to get my endurance up.
