Dammit.

I woke up this morning late (around 8:30) with a massive headache. I attempted to tough it out but when I got up and my head was all swimmy I knew it was probably best to take some Excedrin and head back to bed. It’s starting to taper off now, but this is classic seasonal allergies behavior for me, it just took me by surprise this time.

So go ahead and get your jabs in for my missing karate this morning… I’m sure I deserve it. 🙂
