I was ultra-busy at work today, followed by a quick trip to the insurance agent which led to him telling us stories that we didn’t care about for about an hour. That caused me to be late for karate, but I did end up making it for the last half of the class.
We did a series of control drills with reverse punch and then moved on to strengthening drills focused on the kicking leg. I really felt it in my hip muscles and it was a quick workout but a good one.
