Last night my cell phone stopped working. The only thing on it that still functioned was the power on/off button. I stopped off at Verizon and after one failed attempt (they gave me a v3c instead of a v3m) I got to leave with a brand new phone. It seems that our company buying policy also gets us insurance on the phone, which is really nice.
The strange thing: they don’t replace the battery cover or the battery. So now my phone has a mismatched battery cover ($7 can get me on that matches the phone, I just don’t care that much!) I wonder what drives that policy!
The rest of the day went well, Tasha’s company picnic at O’Brien field was fun and we had dinner with my folks. Good times!
