Woot!

Daykyuu is here, we got the house mostly clean and all the walls are painted!  The only thing left to do on the list is paint the front door and finish cleaning, but we made very good progress today!

In addition to the painting, I cleaned our spare bathroom, vacuumed, and put new quick-release toilet seats on our crappers!  (They’re intended so you can clean thoroughly around the toilet seat.)  In the process of painting, I had the distinct pleasure of riding my ladder to the ground from a height of about 10 feet in the air.  Apparently the ladder doesn’t ratchet over a certain angle and I didn’t know that.  Luckily Dad was there to steady me a little, but it was pretty scary.  Thankfully I didn’t have any paint out or else I would’ve made a mess!
