Whew, I’m glad that part is over.

Today we passed an important milestone in the relocation journey.  The termite inspection is done and both realtors have come and gone.  The termite inspector came right out and told me we passed, both realtors informed me that they think our house will end up right around where we want it to as far as pricing is concerned.

Phase Two of this deal begins Friday, when inspectors and movers show up.  The inspector  will do his thing, the movers will do an initial inventory of my place so they know how many trucks to bring.  Then the fun part will begin: open houses and getting offers.

The plan of attack will be to market my home aggressively and advertise possession at closing, which means I may spend a bit of time living at a Residence Inn if the house goes quickly.  But that’s ok.  Consider this  your alert, faithful constituants… we could be going quickly from here on out!  More details as they become apparent!
