I did just over 7 miles on the stationary bike before my weight training tonight. Getting a bit stronger already, we tried the seated rowing machine tonight too. I didn’t work it too hard (at least, as far as I can tell) and we’re going to go back tomorrow for a bit more bike and possibly an impromptu karate class if we can get a room at the gym. Eventually I’ll get myself used to this altitude somehow!
We rounded out the night tonight with the first meeting of our new D&D group… we basically just decided on how often we are meeting and what we are going to play, (every two weeks and D&D 4th edition respectively). That’s all for now!
