Tired. Sore. Tired.

I woke up very tired and sore from the gym this morning… I’m taking it easy tonight and going to double up on the karate tomorrow and Thursday.  There’s not much else going on right now aside from that, been busy at the office, got a new bed for visitors to sleep in while they’re here, and the world keeps on a-turning.  Now some certain people from a certain town in Illinois need to get their certain behinds out here to visit!!

I’m going to go back to American Idol now.  More tomorrow!
