Sadly, I’m wide awake. I slept in today, but not all that long… did some physical activity in the way of helping Tasha clean out the garage, and still I find myself wide awake. I took advantage of this situation and cleaned out the rabbit cages and vacuumed their quarters in the basement and now I’ve been watching CSI on A&E. The last episode they had was named “Death Pool” and had a long closing scene with Transatlanticism by Death Cab for Cutie as the music… they’ve got good taste.
We’re getting a visitor this week… Tasha’s co-conspirator on this new book she’s working on is coming to stay so they can get things moving. Aside from that its going to be a long week of development at the office this week, so my work days should go quickly.
They’re expecting a little bit of snow tonight… the major thrust of the storm is going north to whack Wyoming. We’re supposed to get 0-3″, but judging on how warm it is right now it probably won’t come until midday if it shows up at all. To be on the safe side, Tasha and I cleaned out the garage (as I mentioned before) and was happily able to pull both our cars into the garage to protect them from incoming snowfall.
Also, this was one of the tasks that needed done to free up my workshop area for working on my multitouch table later on this year. Tasha’s the best for doing most of the hard work on that, I just helped her break down some boxes and relocate the remaining stuff to the basement. I still have some significant re-sorting and de-cluttering of tools but that can be done once the weather is more predictable.
I’m going to finish this episode of CSI and then head to bed, hopefully tomorrow will be snow-free, fun, and interesting!!
