I realize that I’ve been keeping poor count of how many gym visits I have made, so I just estimated this month to get caught up.
I hit the gym tonight, did 20 minutes on the elliptical machine followed by weights. I did 240 on the leg press, which was a new high for me. The gym got all new weight machines, they’re really nice. They seem to be more ergonomically focused, and I found it easier to lift on them. The military press still kills me, but its a little easier with the new machines. Then we moved downstairs to do free weights. We did a lot of shoulder and arm work with the free weights, and then rounded off the night with some ab work. I introduced our team lead how to properly use a medicine ball to test his abs (by dropping it on him) which he enjoyed!
Now I’m undoing all the good work by having a pizza, but I don’t care!
