Tonight I did 10 minutes on the elliptical, followed by a few of the shiny new machines. Then Paul and I moved on to free weights for a bit. He’s into low weight high reps, so we did quite a few different exercises… bench press, tricep curls, bicep curls, etc. We ended up the workout with some ab work, including some medicine balls to the gut a la Saturday Morning Breakfast Club workouts!
Not much else to report right now, its been pretty much work and sleep aside from that!
