As I mentioned on Friday, MusiciansFriend has contacted me on several fronts to try to resolve the situation regarding my indefinitely backordered guitar. I traded emails with the gentleman that commented on my previous blog post and we’re discussing a myriad of options on how to fix up the situation.
I have been trading emails with them since my blog post went up on Friday, and the last message I received from them was Friday evening. I have a small volley of emails in the guy’s inbox for when he arrives Monday morning, so hopefully things will be solved soon (or at very least all options exhausted). I feel that unlike the first representative that I’ve spoken with, this person is working hard to come up with creative ways to resolve the situation and I’m confident we will come up with a mutually agreeable solution shortly.
