So my new jeans that I got came with 100 free downloads from eMusic.com. I figure, hey, my taste in music is pretty broad, 100 free downloads is a pretty good deal.
Not the case. Now maybe
The sad thing is that I really like their business model. $10 basic subscription gets you 40 DRM free mp3s. The more you pay, the more monthly downloads you get. I guess my big thing is that there’s nothing I want. Yeah, I could use my free downloads to discover some new hippies from Lithuania or wherever they’re getting their talent, but I would hate some analyst over there to see the traffic and deduce that I think their service is worth using.
So I’m on the fence. I might just have someone that knows something about non-mainstream music come over and knock themselves out.
