This morning marks morning three on the diet. I woke up somewhat easier than normal today, but I elected to remain in bed because I felt like being lazy. Tasha had to be at work about a half-hour earlier than I did so she was up and about earlier than me. I found out that she is having weight loss success on the diet, which is what we wanted to see. I’m feeling better and I’m not really that hungry. I could just really use a bag of chips.
Last night’s dinner was ground sirloin hamburger patties with part-skim American cheese and turkey bacon. We each had two apiece, and they were glorious even though I overdid the burgers just a tad.
I got on the scale this morning, and I have gone from 149.7 pounds to 144.4 pounds since Sunday. And yes, those numbers are without any significant dumps. 🙂 So we’re moving right along and now I’m in the Strike Zone as far as my weight is concerned.
Either way, this morning was a little rushed. I had to pack my lunch and make my breakfast of turkey bacon. I was surprised to find that Teddy had elected to deuce in the Red Room again, so I got to clean that up as well. Some idiot elected to left turn onto Adams into a minivan, strewing retardedness all over in the intersection. I had to go completely out of my way down a few blocks in order to get around the mess. No big deal, I was just a few minutes late getting into the office.
It’s karate night and I’m looking forward to starting off the New Year with a bang.
