Tonights workout was pretty awesome and straight forward, we did basics and kata the first class followed by some impromptu free sparring in between classes. That lead into the second class, where we continued that trend by doing one time attack like the Shodan test, followed by some three to five time attack drills. Much fun was had by all, and no lasting wounds ensued.
That’s all for now, I have to be at work early tomorrow so I’ll cut it off there. I might elaborate some tomorrow if I get the chance.
