Since Dave can’t stand it…

I got my quarterly rating from my supervisor last night. I got a 3A rating, which is above the norm. I asked her what needed to be done to get a 2, and she said I’d probably need another big project between here and my annual rating in April.

We’ll see how much magic I have left for this year. So I get to join the crowd of cool kids that got high quarterly ratings. Lets hope it lasts!
