Another project in the workz…

I am in the process of recreating the Longbottom Leaf logo from one of the Flotsam and Jetsam extended scenes from The Two Towers. This logo is going to reside on the barrel that I am using as a trash can in my basement. I’ve learned two lessons so far: scaling things on round surfaces is hard, and layout is frustrating.

This is going to be on of those “as I get a few spare minutes and feel like it” projects, so don’t expect frequent updates on the status of this one. Its getting me back into my drawing roots, so I may go crazy with it. Haven’t decided yet.
