Tonight, I was over at my parents house installing OpenOffice.org in an attempt to break their dependence on the evil Microsoft empire.
During the process, Tasha mentioned to my Mom that we had an application that could take the place of Outlook if she wanted that too. She said that we could do that later, and then she mentioned that she uses Mozilla Thunderbird at work. In fact, she set up their entire computer lab to use that and Firefox.
I am extremely proud of my Mom… she really surprised me with that. So we’ll be installing Thunderbird for her soon.
