Tonight I decided to get adventurous between rounds of Bookworm Adventures and prepare my Beef and Broccoli recipe for consumption tomorrow night.
I thawed, trimmed, and thin sliced my round steak then set myself to the interesting task of preparing the marinade. The concoction is now resting in my refrigerator and will enter the final stage of becoming food for dinner tomorrow. It’s not a very difficult recipe to put together, so I hope it tastes good… it smelled pretty ok (save the garlic, which reeked) when I put it together so we shall see.
I’ll report back tomorrow night with a report on how it went!
