Tonight it was just Garls,
I took the group through a few drills to work on something that I need to get better at… keeping low when moving in sparring stance and being quick while doing it. By the end a few of the middle belts were actually getting what we were laying down, so something had to be working at least a little. 🙂
For the second class, we decided to revisit a few of the drills that we did on Saturday. It was a lot of fun… I really enjoy doing 3-5 time attack a few times down and back and then going right into slow sparring. It’s like a buffet of sparring against a series of opponents, you get a lot of different flavors in a short amount of time. For a low, low price.
Oh, I almost forgot… I got three Sochin in before class, bringing the grand total to 2105 with one workout remaining.
