Tonight was one of those “just what the doctor ordered” type of workouts. A very basic first class led quickly into a second class chock full of sparring combinations and partner training.
Eventually I ended up across from Sensei Quinn, and we were mixing it up pretty well. As usual, I was making a kiai racket and I jokingly said that my kiai is my shield. I guess its kind’ve true, it seems like stuff hurts less when I kiai!
It was a good workout and I felt pretty darned energized when it was done, more good stuff on Thursday!
