Tonight was an excellent basic workout put forth by Sensei Quinn! I was having some trouble with tension in my hips and shoulders, which led to me to be stiff and erratic all night. My feet wouldn’t move as I wanted them to in stances, and I realized too far through the class that I wasn’t folding my hip to let my stance moving naturally. Once I did that, it got considerably better but it was a pretty frustrating first class.
It was a good one tonight!!
