Today’s workout was a fun one… I decided to take my team lead through some good ol’ fashioned conditioning training. We did several drills where we clashed blocks against one another’s arms, and I let him kick me in the stomach for awhile before moving on to basics up and down the floor. I packed my Perfect Pushup handles, and by the end of the workout each of us had done all three sets of 8-6-4-2 reps.
After that, we stopped off by Buffalo Wild Wings for a beer, followed by a cookout at a coworker’s house. In all, it was a very good day of working out and being around people!
