For those of you that have been following along, my Master’s Project is to create a web authoring system that lets simpletons make awesome web sites. Today, my former boss showed me the beginnings of the wrapper that will contain the content that my management systems will display.

Nothing on this page will be static. The only thing that is not dynamic is the header graphic, and the WIU logo at the bottom. The Department Name is placed with CSS positioning, it is editable text. The navigation is formatted with a stylesheet, the content will be an include that points to a user-defined template.
